Our aim is to provide high quality products and solutions to the energy industry .

Quality, Health, Safety and the Environment (QHSE) are of the highest importance and we will work actively to:

• Provide products with delivery performance that competitor can not meet to keep PT. Indoturbine's growing.
• Continually improve the quality of products offered to customers by focusing on our partnerships with leading principals and vendors.
• Continually improve the competence of personnel.
• Manage all operations to create a safe and healthy working environment and protect our employees, customers, contractors and the public as well as protect our local surroundings from environmental damage.
• Advise each manager, supervisor, and employee of quality, safety, health, and environment requirements and hold them accountable for QHSE performance.
• Build employee involvement, teamwork, and personal satisfaction that result in pride of workmanship supported with education and self-improvement programs.
• Meet or exceed the demands and expectations of our customers, neighbors, the authorities and any other stakeholders.

In the 2002, Indoturbine intends to focus on monitoring the pattern of non conformances and the performance of staff and customer satisfaction through the use of customer questionnaires.

Indoturbine works to attain ISO9001 :2000 accreditation in 2002.
